Not just a school. A community.

We are a creative playground and a hope-filled space where childhood is honoured and individuality thrives.

About at Veritas Learning Circle

Mission

Rooted in play, growing with love, leading with purpose.

Our mission is to create a learning community where childhood is cherished, curiosity is awakened and creativity has room to thrive. We want children to feel safe enough to question, brave enough to try, and supported enough to become fully themselves.

Our aim is to raise conscious leaders: empathetic, courageous and imaginative people who carry what they learn beyond themselves and into the world with kindness, wisdom and joy.

Vision

Raising conscious leaders to reimagine the future with love, courage and creativity.

Our Values

To wonder. To imagine. To be brave. To be kind. To belong. This is the VLC way.

Meet Our Leadership Team

Muzaffar Bukhari

Founder Principal

Muzaffar Bukhari’s journey into education began with a question: what if school could be a place where children were prepared for the future without having to leave their childhood behind?

He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Northwestern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006, and an MBA from IMD, Switzerland, graduating with distinction in leadership in 2011. A visit to Finland gave him a particularly clear glimpse of what education could feel like when trust, independence, play and wellbeing were taken seriously.

Muzaffar is an ICF Certified Coach, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher and a practicing therapist, having completed an advanced diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counseling from CPPD, UK.

Fatima Obaid

Managing Director

With more than 36 years in education and a family legacy of educationists, Fatima Obaid brings deep experience across teaching, Early Years education, curriculum design and school leadership. She began her teaching journey in the UAE and later specialised in Early Years Education.

She holds a Diploma in ECED and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management from AKU, with research focused on inclusive practices, and is an NLP Practitioner. She has trained more than 500 teachers in pedagogy, curriculum and school leadership.

Her work is grounded in a simple conviction: children flourish when they are met with trust, inclusion and compassion.

Shirin Karimjee

Executive Director

Since 2017, Shirin Karimjee has been at the heart of VLC’s learning journey, bringing creativity, curiosity and care to the work of building a learning community.

Having lived across three continents, from hands-on learning environments in Africa to inclusion-driven classrooms in North America and eventually to Pakistan, she brings a broad perspective to education. An avid reader and storyteller, she personally curates VLC’s libraries, ensuring that books become invitations to wonder rather than simply objects on shelves.

Her warmth and imagination help make VLC a place where learning feels like an adventure.

Come see it for yourself

The best way to understand VLC is to walk through a campus on an ordinary day.
